Returns

Please remember, each piece is handmade and variations in bead size, shape, color, and placement are to be expected.

You can return any non-custom piece for store credit, minus shipping costs your non-custom piece must be in its original condition and returned to me within 30 days of its purchase date.  I do not offer refunds or exchanges after this period. Please contact me if you'd like to make a return and I'll provide you with the return address and info. I will issue you a refund as soon as I receive the package from you.

I am not able to refund payments on custom orders, but I do want you to be happy. Please email us at contact@flomory.com and we'll see what we can do. If the error occurs on our end, we are happy to refund your shipping fees.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me right away. These incidents will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, and I will do everything in my power to correct the situation for you. In most cases either a refund or replacement will be sent. I’m not responsible for lost packages in cases when the buyer provided the wrong address. Please always double check your shipping address before checking out, and email me right away if any changes need to be made before your package is shipped.
